Ethics and evidence

I follow latest research and ethical norms to provide the most effective help.

In addition to CBT, I integrate other evidence-based approaches, including Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy.

I work under the supervision of more experienced therapists.
